House Cleaning Tips
How to remove ink stains from clothes
- If ink stains are not cleaned immediately, they can be difficult to remove completely. Blot the excess ink with absorbent kitchen paper or a microfiber cloth.
- Apply a small amount of alcohol to the stain and use a microfiber cloth to remove the ink. Repeat the process until no more ink comes out. Do not apply this process to fabrics such as rayon, acetate, acrylic, wool, or silk without testing whether the garment fades by conducting a test on an inner part of it.
- Wash the garment with Essex or My Planet laundry detergent according to the instructions on the label. For extra effectiveness on white clothes, add ROL White booster.
- Air dry on a clothesline, avoiding the dryer.
