Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)
- If you receive a defective product or a product that you did not order, please contact the ROLCO Service Center at 210-3493000 or send an email to info@rolco.gr.
- In each of the above cases, the possibility of replacing the product or crediting the corresponding amount of money is provided.
- For shipments within Greece, the return is made through ACS or FIS courier at the charge of “ROLCO BIANIL”. If the return is made with another courier company the return cost is borne by the customer.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to contact us by email: info@rolco.gr or by phone 210-3493000 to inform you about the ways of return.
- Requests for exchange or return of products after the 14 working days period are accepted only in case of defective products in accordance with Greek legislation, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.
Terms and conditions for the validity of an exchange or return of a product
Return of the whole product
The right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) concerns the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of the product (e.g. on accessories of the product).
List of returned products
The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
You are obliged to return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without the packaging having been tampered with and confirming that the product’s special markings have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail sales receipt at the same time as you submit your withdrawal declaration. The return will only be accepted after approval by the company.
Return of products to ROLCO BIANIL
Product returns within Greece and refund
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the products for any reason you wish, within 14 working days of receipt, you must contact us via email: info@rolco.gr or by phone 210-3493000 to inform you about the ways of return.
The return will be accepted only after approval of the company.
For shipments within Greece, the return is FREE of charge for you, through ACS COURIER or FIS courier, at the charge of “ROLCO BIANIL”.
If the return is made with another courier company the return cost is charged to the customer.
Once the product leaves your premises, “ROLCO BIANIL” will receive it within 1-2 working days.
In case you choose other courier companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us.
Once we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail on how to process it.
Depending on both the way you chose to pay for your order and the way you choose to return them, your refund will be completed within 8 days from the date we receive the products.
“ROLCO BIANIL”, wanting to offer you the best possible service, gives you the right to submit any complaint electronically by filling in the relevant contact form.
In case you choose other transport companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. Once we receive the product, we will process your request immediately and inform you by e-mail on how to process it.
In case of returning the products and depending on both the way you chose to pay for your order and the way the return will be carried out, your refund will be completed within 8 days from the date we receive the products.
Return options:
α) Credit: Credit for the value of the product you returned in order to use it for your next purchase. The credit will be made within three days from the date of receipt of the products in our warehouses (Credit option in the Return Form),
b) Refund. If the delivery has been made outside of Greece, we will return your money to the bank account that you will declare to us in case of cash on delivery or to the VIVA WALLET account from which the payment was made or to the credit card with which you made the payment within 8 days from the date we receive the product you returned to us.

Α. EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Ι. If instead of a refund you wish to change and replace the product, you can request it within 14 calendar days a) either by sending an email to our email address info@rolco.gr , b) or by calling the Customer Service Department of the e-shop at 210-3493000.
II. Whichever way you choose to contact us, in order for us to be able to immediately replace your product, you must provide us with i) the code of the product you wish to replace ii) the code of the product you wish to receive.
III. Following your contact with us, you will be sent an informative email to the email address you have provided us with the details of the order regarding the replacement of your product.
IV. If the product you want is available, you must return the product to be replaced to us at the address ROLCO BIANIL
