ORDER ENTRY

All orders placed before 12:30 (GMT) are processed by us on the same day, while after this time they are processed the next day.

All orders placed on Friday after 12:30 (GMT) and throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.

ROLCO BIANIL sends your order to the address that you have indicated as your delivery address.

A copy of the sales invoice/receipt and the delivery note will also be delivered to you. Deliveries will be made with the legal document, with the recipient’s signature on the relevant documents.

SHIPMENTS WITHIN GREECE

Deliveries of products are made throughout Greece via ACS Courier or FIS within 2-3 working days. Shipping costs are calculated in the basket.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY

α) During periods of heavy commercial activity
b) Due to adverse weather conditions
c) In case of force majeure.
