You accept the terms of the sales agreement and the terms of use, by selecting “ACCEPT” electronically, which appears on your screen.
At every stage before the completion of your order, you are informed by our company about the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the shipping costs, the payment method, delivery, the duration of validity, and the price of any potential offer, as well as the right of withdrawal.
By sending the order form, you receive an online copy of the order, as well as a copy of the withdrawal form, which you can save.
The prices listed in the related catalogs under each product include VAT (24%), while rolcoshop.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to inform the consumer public.

PAYMENT METHODS

For your convenience and immediate service, rolcoshop.gr offers the following alternative payment methods:

VIVA WALLET service charge.

All Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners credit, debit, and prepaid cards are accepted, as well as the use of the Masterpass electronic wallet.
**Masterpass is a new service by Mastercard which does not require any additional implementation other than displaying the logo on your page. For more information about the service, you can either visit the VIVA WALLET page or the official service page.

Your credit card will be charged on the day the process of shipping the products begins.

ROLCO BIANIL has taken all necessary measures for the security of your transactions through your credit card, and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks.

All payments made using a card are processed through the VIVA WALLET “VIVA FAST CHECKOUT” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

ROLCO BIANIL has taken these measures to better protect you from potential fraud through credit or debit cards.

It is important to necessarily provide a contact telephone number and a valid email address.

At the moment you receive the products, you pay the amount due upon delivery. For purchases over 500€* electronic payment or bank deposit is recommended.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Product delivery – Document shipping

Order Placement

Orders placed by 12:30 (Greek time) are processed by us on the same day, while those placed after this time are processed the following day.

Orders placed on Friday after 12:30 (Greek time) and throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.

ROLCO BIANΙΛ dispatches your order to the address you have provided as the delivery address.

You will also receive a copy of the sales invoice/receipt and the shipping receipt. Deliveries will be made with the official documentation, with the recipient’s signature on the relevant documents.

Shipments within Greece

“Deliveries of products are made throughout Greece via ACS Courier or FIS within 2-3 business days. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

Delays in Delivery

a) During periods of high commercial activity
b) Due to adverse weather conditions
c) In case of force majeure.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return of Products after Delivery (Right of Withdrawal after Delivery)

If you receive a defective product or an item you did not order, please contact ROLCO Customer Service at the following numbers: 210-3493000 or send an email to info@rolco.gr.
In each of the above cases, the option for product replacement is provided.

For shipments within Greece, returns are handled through ACS or FIS courier at the expense of “ROLCO BIANΙΛ”. If the return is made through another courier company, the cost of return is borne by the customer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to contact us via email: info@rolco.gr or by phone at 210-3493000 to inform you about the return procedures.
Requests for exchange or return of products after the 14 working days period are only accepted in case of defective products according to Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

Terms and conditions for the validity of product exchange or return.

Return of the entire product: The right to return the product (withdrawal from the sale) applies to the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised for only a part of the product.
Condition of the returned products: The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is found that the product has been used, and it will be returned at the customer’s expense.”

You are required to return the product in its original condition, without the packaging being violated. Additionally, you must include the retail receipt along with the withdrawal statement. Returns will be accepted only upon approval by the company.

Return of the products to ROLCO BIANIL

For exercising the right of withdrawal and return of products for any reason you desire, within 14 business days from their receipt, you are obliged to contact us via email: info@rolco.gr or by phone at 210-3493000 to inform you about the return methods.

Returns will only be accepted upon approval by the company.

For shipments within Greece, the return is FREE for you through ACS COURIER or FIS courier, with charges covered by “ROLCO BIANIL”.

If the return is made through another courier company, the return cost will be borne by the customer.

Once the product leaves your possession, “ROLCO BIANIL” will collect it within 1-2 business days.

If you choose other courier companies, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of the products you return to us.

After receiving the product, we will promptly process your request and inform you via email about the processing method.

Depending on both the payment method you chose for your order and the method of their return, your refund will be completed within 8 days from the date we receive the products.

“ROLCO BIANIL,” aiming to provide you with the best possible service, grants you the right to submit any complaints electronically by completing the relevant contact form.

If you choose other courier companies, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of the products you return to us. After receiving the product, we will promptly process your request and inform you via email about the processing method.

In the case of product returns, and depending on both the payment method you chose for your order and the method of their return, your refund will be completed within 8 days from the date we receive the products.

Return Options:

a) Credit: Crediting the value of the returned product for you to use in your next purchase. The credit will be issued within three days from the date of receipt of the products at our warehouses (select Credit on the Return Form).

b) Refund: If the delivery has been made within Greece, your money will be refunded to the bank account you will declare to us, whether the payment was made on delivery or by credit card, within 8 days from the date we receive the product you returned. If the delivery has been made outside Greece, your money will be refunded to the bank account you will declare to us for cash on delivery payments or to the VIVA WALLET account from which the payment was made or to the credit card used for payment within 8 days from the date we receive the product you returned.

RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT

CHANGES / PRODUCT REPLACEMENT | Exchange Procedure

I. In case you prefer exchanging and replacing the product instead of a refund, you can request it within 14 calendar days: a) either by sending an email to our email address info@rolco.gr, b) or by calling our Customer Service Department at the e-shop phone number 210-3493000.

II. Whichever way you choose to contact us, in order for us to proceed immediately with the replacement of your product, you will need to provide us with: i) the code of the product you wish to be replaced, ii) the code of the product you wish to receive.

III. Following your communication with us, you will receive an informative email at the email address you have provided us with, detailing the order regarding the replacement of your product.

IV. Once the product you desire is available, you will need to return the product for replacement to the address of ROLCO BIANIL.

B. CHARGES AND METHOD OF SHIPMENT

For shipments within Greece, the return of the product and the shipment of the new product are FREE for you, through the company ACS, with charges covered by “ROLCO BIANIL”.

If the return is made through another courier company, the return cost will be borne by the customer.

From the receipt of the product, ROLCO BIANIL will dispatch the new product to you within 8 days.

In case you choose other courier companies, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of the products you return to us.

PRICE DIFFERENCE

If the new product you have selected is of higher value compared to the one you request to be replaced, you will be asked to pay the difference before the shipment of the new product to complete the shipment, for which amount you will receive the legal document. If the new product you have selected is of lower value compared to the one you request to be replaced, the difference will be refunded to you with a credit voucher in your name (which you can use for 12 months from its issuance).

Out of Stock Desired Product

If the product is not available for exchange, you may proceed with a request for withdrawal and refund.

Note: It is essential that the product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it, along with the retail receipt.
The item being returned must also be accompanied by the completed “return form” that will be sent to you via email after our mandatory communication within the exclusive deadline of seven (7) business days.

“All products returned to the warehouses of ‘ROLCO BIANIL’ are subject to rigorous quality control.
To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any visible defects.
In case any defect is detected during the quality control of the returned product, a representative of our company will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.

Conditions for product returns

In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, rolcoshop.gr is entitled either (a) to consider that the right to change or return was not validly exercised and therefore not accept the return or exchange of the product or (b) (especially in the case of products that are not returned intact, that have been altered or used) to accept the change or return and at the same time to claim compensation from the Customer for the value of the defects of the returned product.

Refund of Price

Once ROLCO BIANIL receives a product return or replacement request and if the above conditions are met, it will credit your credit card with the relevant amount. The processing of the request and the realization of the credit entry usually require 8 working days.
Once the return/replacement request has been fully processed, you will be informed by us.
In the case mentioned above where rolcoshop.gr is entitled to compensation for defects of the returned products, it will have the right to offset the relevant amount of the assessed compensation with the price to be refunded.

CONSUMER PROTECTION PROVISIONS

Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes the formation of a distance sales contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.

You have the ability to place a valid order through the e-shop if you are legally capable according to the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (provided you have completed the eighteenth year of your age and are not under judicial support in terms of entering into a sales contract). Force Majeure
